The project included the design and construction of a sports facility developed to accommodate six padel courts, along with their complementary and service areas, including an access lobby, office, pro shop, and a grand terrace with bar service for players and spectators, as well as spacious and well-appointed restrooms and locker rooms. The facility also features a large parking area.
The project incorporates the first covered steel structure in the McAllen area specifically designed and built to house padel courts.
