The project included Architectural and Structural Design, as well as Pool and Exterior Design and Landscaping. The scope also covered cabinetry design for the kitchen, laundry, mud room, bar, bathrooms, walk-in closets, and closets.
The residence is a two-story contemporary design. The access porch and main social area feature double-height spaces overlooking a grand terrace and pool backyard, creating a strong visual connection between interior and exterior areas.
Other features include stucco elevations combined with a variety of stone and wood-like tile finishes.
