The project included Architectural and Structural Design, as well as Pool and Exterior Design.
The residence was designed on a single level, with the central focus on a pool area surrounded by terraces and visually connected to the main social areas, including the primary living space, family and entertainment areas, and the master bedroom.
The main social area features high ceilings complemented by large sliding patio doors that open onto the terraces and pool, enhancing the indoor-outdoor relationship.
Other features include stucco elevations and tall accent walls finished with stone-like tiles.
