The project included Architectural and Structural Design, as well as Pool and Exterior Design and Landscaping. The scope also covered cabinetry design for the kitchen, laundry, mud room, bar, bathrooms, walk-in closets, and closets.
The client requested a Spanish Colonial–style residence, incorporating characteristic elements of the style in the elevations, main social areas, and especially in the porch and terrace corridors, including the use of wooden doors, stucco columns, and wood ceiling finishes.
Other features include stucco elevations, red clay tile roofing, and patterned cement tiles inspired by traditional Spanish design.
